Refund Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason, 45 days or more before the event, you may transfer your registration to another IMPAC Conference within 12 months, or get a refund less $100 non-refundable deposit.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received less than 45 days before the conference. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time.
